Little Green Fingers 2013 and 2014 –
Art workshops for schools with local artist! Exciting new budget for Stewarts Country Garden Centre generous community arts project, Little Green Fingers. Stewart’s have been working with local artist, Nina Squire, for 5 years to develop a project that helps schools access high quality arts provision through an artist in residence. Stewarts have generously raised the funds available which has enabled Nina to offer discounted workshops to 10 additional schools this year. There are still spaces avalible so please contact Nina if you know of a school that would like to a workshop for arts week or a summer school project. Projects can be designed for your current school projects or Nina will design one especially for your chosen topic. More information at www.thepastelartist.co.uk or Nina on 07967 736762

Portrait of Mark Price, CEO Waitrose
Thank you to Mark Price, for his generous endorsement of my work –
When I saw Nina’s drawings of animals it was clear that she had a love and empathy for her subject and the detail was simply extraordinary,’ says Mr Price. ‘I was keen that she immortalise my dog, Cohiba, but also wanted to put myself in the picture. Nina pulled it off brilliantly. Cohiba and I are delighted!’
A pastel portrait of Professor Tim Briggs, The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital
I’ve recently completed a portrait of Professor Tim Briggs, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.

A brand new look and lots of new pictures!
Clever Neil Robert Leonard – a fabulous graphic designer – check out his lovely prints too.
A fabulous day out in glorious British sunshine with Stewarts. I’m drawing in their lovely hospitality marquee, it’s an oasis in the busy show ground. There’s a great selection of tea and cakes and fabulous views of the main Hoburne Ring.
This commission was great as it was a picture of a clients favourite which I liked too. A great idea as a gift for someone visiting the area.
A Christmas present on his way to a new home. I love him, hope they do too.
