Welcome and happy pastelling. If you’re keen to start your pastellimg, I’ve created a demo for you to draw along with. If you feel like you need a refresh or you are new, try reading the intro to my process. I’ve included all my favourite tips and techniques here.

INTRODUCTION

Spring 2024

Thank you for joining us. I am looking forward to working with you. I am keen to help you develop skills and feel more confident. I know from my own training that drawing from artwork is a great way of developing skills and confidence. It’s just the start though, you own the skills when you apply them to views of your own. You will gain more satisfaction than you can imagen from it. Trust me. There’s nothing better than highlighting a special place or view that’s close to you.

There are many pathways to becoming an artist. All you need to do is commit to regular practice, the rest will happen by magic.
