Meadow bee is the first in my Autumn Series of soft pastel workshops for 2024.
Flowers, bee, foliage details and a distance meadow view, is the perfect workshop to find your mojo after a break.
Description
It’s all recorded so you can repeat and work at your own time and pace. If you haven’t booked your space already you can join the Live session on 10th September at 10am -12 UK time or you can access as a recording at a time and pace that suit you. When you buy the workshop, please access the link within the website receipt for more information in your account on my website.
You can paint along with me or just watch me and absorb the process to repeat at a later date. I suggest watching and drawing a second time, as it’s hard to do both things well, in my experience. I’m using ( approx 20 x 30 cm ) Uart 400 but you can use Pastelmat for a similar effect and Unison Colour pastels, learn more about the workshops here. You don’t have to use sanded papers but they make a huge difference to the vibrancy of your artwork when used with good quality pigments like Unison Colour.

Great workshop! Lovely image! Nina once again made it all seem so easy . Her explanations and then watching her work are brilliant. She also gives you the confidence to try stuff out. If you don’t have the right colour pastel try something different. The techniques she uses are fun to use and if you follow you will have a wonderful piece of artwork. All just a lot of fun for both beginners and the more seasoned pasteller.
