Liability & Returns
Artwork must be returned in perfect condition so please do ensure that the artwork and frames are packaged carefully, ideally in the original packaging. A deduction from the price of the goods will be made if they are deemed damaged as I will use it for display at events.
If I have wrongly priced an item, I retain the right to withdraw it from sale. I do not process payment until it’s ready for dispatch.
I will do my best to meet a timescale, as agreed during our initial discussions, if I fail due to unforeseen circumstances then you can either cancel the order or we can arrange a new date.
Unsatisfactory artworks and cancellation policy
If you are not happy with an artwork, I’m happy to make changes, up to three changes with no charge. If you are still not happy then I will offer to refund the cost of the artworks, minus the 25% deposit, as agreed. If the goods have left me, you may return them at your cost, for a refund of 75% of the cost within 14 days form the date that you received delivery. Postage costs will not be refunded,
